Whole cell extracts from human HeLa cells (25 μg) were analysed by Western blot using the Diagenode antibody against DDB1 (Cat. No. C15200221) diluted 1:500 in PBS containing 10% milk. The position of the protein of interest (expected MW 127 kDa) is indicated on the right; the marker (in kDa) is shown on the left.
