Now! 1993 – Human Beatbox Edition

Human beatboxing – you either love it, or you’re secretly jealous. One of the best is Beardyman, who I caught live at Bestival a few years back. He’s now been caught by someone bigger – Auntie Beeb.

Pretty random premise – he’s in a time machine and can only leap home if he can perform the top ten hits of a certain year. As a human beatbox.

Sometimes the simple stuff is all you need (though I’m guessing it wasn’t that simple for him to do. My best attempt is ‘tssssch’ and a couple of beats).

Here he’s trying to get  to 1993 – I wish I had his version instead of the Now 1993 cassette I had back in the day. Prepare to have “there’s no limit” stuck in your head.
