Meet of the Week – People in Media

This week I recommend a bit of fast networking with People in Media.

Their speed networking takes place in London next Tuesday, 28th February 2012, but sign up now if you want to go. It’s a great way to meet others in writing – last time I met dark comedy writer Mark Dark amongst others.

PIM Club describes itself as “a club which has been created for individuals who are already established within the media field as well as for those who are entering this industry” and you have to book a place to enter the networking.

February’s meeting focuses on the music industry to start with  but it’s open to all in the media from 8pm at the Slug & Lettuce near Artillery Row (nearest tube is St James’s Park).

It’s a fiver but worth it – and don’t forget those business cards, you will feel left out if you don’t have one. More details and how to sign up on the People In Media Club website.
